This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

šŸ“‹ Description

• Offering consultation, analysis, and assistance to Human Resources and business leaders for the designated sector.

• Aiding in the design, implementation, and management of the organization’s compensation programs, policies, and procedures.

• Collaborating with HR Business Partners to pinpoint current and upcoming compensation requirements.

• Leading the integrated process of the Annual Compensation Review and providing training for the business unit.

• Working together with HRBPs to deliver insights on comprehensive compensation solutions.

• Conducting intricate analyses to identify challenges, propose alternatives, and recommend effective solutions.

• Regularly evaluating and analyzing pay competitiveness across various business functions.

• Reviewing job classifications, position descriptions, and market data to suggest recommendations on job qualifications and levels.

• Crafting and developing robust change management strategies in support of compensation-related initiatives.

• Assisting in the creation and dissemination of enterprise-wide compensation training and communication materials.


ā›³ļø Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation, HR, or a related area, OR a Master’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in compensation, HR, or a related field.

• Proven understanding of HR practices, particularly in compensation analysis.

• Certified Compensation Professional or progress towards obtaining certification.

• Familiarity with Workday business processes and functionalities.

• Prior experience in a large government contracting setting.
