This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Design, implement, and support enterprise voice solutions, including Microsoft Teams Voice, Direct Routing, and Operator Connect.

• Administer and maintain POTS lines to ensure compliance with life-safety systems and regulatory standards.

• Oversee SIP trunking services, focusing on call routing, failover, and quality enhancement.

• Provide support for auto attendants, call queues, voicemail, E911, and number management.

• Manage cellular services, including provisioning, carrier plans, and lifecycle oversight.

• Deliver Tier 2/3 support and conduct root-cause analysis for telecom-related issues.

• Collaborate with carriers and vendors to facilitate service delivery and manage escalations.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including call flows, inventories, and operational runbooks.

• Ensure adherence to E911 regulations, Kari’s Law, and RAY BAUM’s Act.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in enterprise telecom or voice engineering.

• Practical experience with Microsoft Teams Voice.

• In-depth understanding of POTS, SIP, and PSTN connectivity.

• Experience in collaborating with telecom carriers.

• Excellent troubleshooting and communication abilities.

• Familiarity with Direct Routing SBCs.

• Experience with E911 solutions.

• Awareness of legacy PBX systems.

• Relevant telecom or Microsoft certifications.
