Telecom Bid & Pricing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete RFP/bid lifecycle for telecommunications opportunities, encompassing opportunity qualification, pricing, proposal creation, and final submission;

• Create cost estimates, pricing models, and commercial proposals that reflect project scope, technical specifications, and business goals;

• Evaluate technical requirements, project documentation, and client specifications to determine scope, identify potential risks, and ensure alignment with solutions;

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, operations, procurement, finance, and legal) to produce accurate, competitive, and timely bid submissions;

• Ensure that proposals meet customer requirements, contractual commitments, and adhere to internal governance and approval procedures;

• Monitor submitted bids, assist with customer inquiries and negotiations, and facilitate a seamless transition to project delivery and contract management for successful projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Telecommunications, Finance, or a similar field is preferred;

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in bid management, proposal management, pricing, or commercial operations in the telecommunications or infrastructure sectors;

• Comprehensive understanding of telecom infrastructure, network deployment, and construction environments (OSP, wireless, fiber, civil, engineering, or similar areas);

• Experience in preparing RFP/RFQ responses and supporting telecommunications carriers, network operators, or enterprise clients;

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple bids concurrently while coordinating with cross-functional teams and adhering to tight deadlines;

• Strong analytical, pricing, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-focused.
