Operations Manager, Pricing Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.

📋 Description

• Ensure the efficient functioning of related IT systems and automation.

• Monitor product metrics on a daily basis and modify administrative settings as needed.

• Support the team and partners with unique cases and spearhead root-cause analysis.

• Address technology-related pricing management challenges, including consulting with tech teams.

• Analyze and drive enhancements in pricing management business processes.

• Evaluate the effects of pricing management on channel revenue.

• Test and evaluate new pricing management hypotheses.

• Conduct competitive analyses related to pricing strategies.

• Track and uphold financial metrics within established targets and constraints, such as costs, margins, and profits.

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date product documentation and reporting.

• Assist in the development of disaster recovery and business continuity plans, policies, and procedures.

• Perform additional duties as required or assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Technology, or a related field.

• Over 3 years of experience in Analytics, Operations Management, Project Management, or a similar role within consulting, audit, fintech, product, or scientific sectors.

• Proficient in financial analysis and foundational metrics.

• Experience with database engines and dashboards, including basic SQL knowledge.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Effective critical thinking and problem-solving approach.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proactive mindset.

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Russian.

• Experience in a transactional business, such as payment processing, is a plus.
