Tele-sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Capable of engaging in both phone and messaging conversations with the primary aim of selling information products.

• Managing phone calls, text messages, and chat communications.

• Responding to inquiries related to the product or the company.

• Accurately processing and taking requests.

• Maintaining records of calls and sales while noting pertinent information.

⛳️ Requirements

• FLUENT ENGLISH IS A MUST. (American accent)

• Graduates only.

• Must be willing to work rotational shifts.

• Proven experience as a tele-sales representative or in a sales/customer service role.

• Must possess your own laptop and headset.

• Experience in real estate is advantageous.

• Capability to learn about products and services and effectively describe/explain them to potential clients.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Composed and capable of handling rejection.

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
