• **Role Overview : **
• We are seeking a motivated **Telesales Executive (Marathi-speaking)** to aid in the expansion of Lokal App by reaching out to prospective users via outbound calls and converting leads into customers. This position requires an understanding of user needs, presenting relevant solutions, managing the entire sales funnel, and consistently meeting monthly sales goals.
• You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to leverage campaigns, ensure precise CRM documentation, and provide valuable customer insights that can shape future strategies. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on targets, enjoy engaging conversations, and want to make a tangible impact.
• **Responsibilities**
• Conduct **outbound calls** to potential clients and effectively promote the services of Lokal App.
• Engage with users to assess their needs and develop customized solutions that meet their expectations.
• Keep detailed records of calls, interactions, and leads within the CRM system.
• Follow up on **leads** and oversee the **sales process** from initial contact to closing the deal.
• Work alongside the marketing team to utilize campaigns and boost sales efforts.
• Provide insights on customer interactions and market trends to inform future strategies.
• Meet **monthly sales targets** and contribute to the overall growth of Lokal App.
• Foster a positive Brand Image in the minds of new prospective clients.
• Reach out to clients by phone to offer or persuade them to purchase services.
• Clarify the benefits and features of the services offered to spark the client's interest.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding the services being provided.
• Explain products or services and pricing, including estimated or final costs of sale.
• Coordinate with sales executives and clients until the deal is finalized, while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Maintain follow-up data and manage records for future actions, including MIS and data management.
• Desired Competencies:
• Basic understanding of methods for promoting and selling products or services.
• Fundamental computer knowledge and skills in Excel.
• Ability to deliver a compelling sales pitch.
• Proficiency in Marathi.
• Clear communication skills to ensure comprehensibility to clients regarding sales strategies and techniques.
• BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) policy.
• Experience required: 0.6 - 1 Year.
