This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Perform **outbound calls** to potential clients and effectively promote the services of Lokal App.
• Interact with users to understand their needs and develop customized solutions that meet their requirements.
• Keep precise records of calls, interactions, and leads within the CRM system.
• Follow up on **leads** and oversee the **sales process** from initial outreach to closing the deal.
• Work in conjunction with the marketing team to utilize campaigns and improve sales efforts.
• Provide insights on customer interactions and market trends to assist in shaping future strategies.
• Meet **monthly sales targets** and contribute to the overall growth of Lokal App.
• Proficiency in **Gujarati** and a good command of **English**.
• Prior experience in **tele sales or sales roles** is advantageous.
• Exceptional verbal communication and persuasive abilities.
• Capability to work independently in a **remote** setting.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with **CRM software, Excel, and sales tracking tools** is beneficial.
