This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary technical authority and intermediary between business needs and IT resources.
• Formulate project work plans, oversee technical resources, and lead execution to meet scope, quality, and performance benchmarks.
• Guide cross-functional teams in establishing, communicating, and updating standards, data and AI governance, and organization-wide policies.
• Spearhead the development and communication of data policies concerning master data, data tagging and labeling, metadata, and data security.
• Coordinate teams and adjust strategies to fulfill project goals.
• Evaluate complex systems and devise solutions that improve operational efficiency and foster innovation.
• Ensure that technology investments align strategically with organizational goals and manage the technology portfolio effectively.
• Convert complex technical ideas into accessible language for stakeholders, promoting adoption through training and process documentation.
• Set and monitor program priorities, objectives, procedures, and resource allocations.
• Liaise with departmental leadership to ensure a mutual understanding of work plans, status updates, IT standards, change management, and other relevant processes.
• A bachelor's degree in a field related to Information Technology, accompanied by fifteen (15) years of professional IT experience.
• Must successfully complete, pass, and maintain a public trust investigation.
• High level of proficiency in understanding and applying industry standards and best practices in data governance and management theories, principles, practices, and methodologies.
• Possess backend technical expertise in utilizing data quality tools.
• Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in managing scope, risk, and schedules while providing structure, planning, and creating project plans that comply with client system development standards for task completion.
• Experience in developing written guidance, SOPs, reports, briefings, and presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information and manage stakeholder relations.
