This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead initiatives for process development in partnership with foundry associates.
• Design, implement, and analyze experiments utilizing statistical techniques to enhance process performance and yield.
• Take ownership of and refine key fabrication steps or modules within the workflow.
• Sustain and improve the process of record (POR) for manufacturing.
• Propel enhancements in yield, performance, and reliability through process optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, device, reliability) to fulfill product specifications.
• Work with foundries to resolve issues and apply process enhancements in production.
• Document and standardize processes, specifications, and control plans.
• Present technical findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
• Bachelor's degree in Physics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline (Master's or Ph.D. preferred).
• Over 10 years of experience in process integration (preferred).
• In-depth understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes, including thin film deposition, lithography, etching, diffusion, wet processing, and CMP.
• Experience in LSI manufacturing or semiconductor research and development (strongly preferred).
• Comprehensive knowledge of the interactions among process integration, yield, performance, and reliability.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to excel in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and meet deadlines.
• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S.
