Senior Solution Architect, SAP SuccessFactors

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and oversee the complete SAP SuccessFactors solution architecture throughout customer projects.

• Facilitate architecture workshops, design conversations, and advisory sessions for clients.

• Establish solution design principles, architecture standards, and governance frameworks.

• Ensure coherence across business processes, integrations, data management, security, and reporting.

• Recognize and manage architectural risks, dependencies, and critical design choices.

• Assist in testing, deployment, and readiness for go-live activities from an architectural standpoint.

• Serve as a reliable advisor to both customers and internal stakeholders.

• Guide junior team members and play a role in the ongoing enhancement of the Solution Architecture practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting, solution design, or solution architecture positions.

• Significant experience in delivering SAP SuccessFactors implementation and transformation initiatives.

• In-depth knowledge of Employee Central and a solid grasp of the broader SuccessFactors suite.

• Strong understanding of integrations, data migration, security, reporting, and environment management.

• Demonstrated ability to lead customer workshops, architecture discussions, and design choices.

• Strong knowledge and skills to translate strategic business requirements and objectives into technical architectural designs.

• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and presentation abilities.

• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

• Fluent in English communication.

• Preferably holds SAP SuccessFactors certifications, particularly in Employee Central.

• Experience with global or multi-country implementations.

• Familiarity with AI productivity tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot.

• Knowledge of SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Signavio, Jira, or Confluence.

• Proficiency in German is a significant advantage.
