This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee Client Engagements
• Conduct discovery sessions that uncover fundamental business challenges rather than merely addressing surface issues.
• Question assumptions, reframe challenges, and steer clients towards sustainable solutions.
• Deliver presentations with confidence to stakeholders across all levels, from operational teams to executive leadership.
• Manage difficult discussions, oversee project scope, and foster enduring trust as a strategic consultant.
• Drive Pre-Sales and Scoping activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to lead the requirements-gathering process prior to contract finalization.
• Create proof-of-concept solutions and prototypes that enable prospects to envision the potential.
• Conduct solution demonstrations that align platform capabilities with specific client objectives.
• Generate accurate and defensible levels of effort and scoping documents to safeguard both parties' interests.
• Design and Construct Solutions.
• Design and implement solutions from process mapping to deployment.
• Convert intricate business requirements into scalable, well-documented application architectures.
• Develop integrations and automations that reduce manual processes and enhance efficiency.
• Assume Full Responsibility for Delivery.
• Take complete ownership of project results: timelines, scope, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Proactively identify risks and escalate obstacles before they become apparent to the client.
• Produce comprehensive documentation: including process maps, requirements specifications, training resources, and handoff guides.
• Foster Team Growth.
• Mentor junior consultants and help cultivate a culture of excellence.
• Share insights gained, contribute to the internal knowledge repository, and enhance team processes.
• A minimum of 3 years in a client-facing consulting, solutions engineering, or advisory capacity.
• A demonstrated history of leading discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and delivering presentations at the executive level.
• Proven ability to constructively challenge clients and guide them towards improved outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to navigate uncertainty comfortably.
• A strong inclination towards ownership.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience designing and developing low-code applications on one or more platforms (QuickBase, Airtable, Smartsheets, MS Power Apps, Workato, Zapier, MS Power Automate).
• Proficient in relational database design, understanding how data modeling decisions influence application behavior and business logic.
• Proven hands-on experience in building system integrations using APIs and webhooks.
• Professional experience in developing custom applications or integrations utilizing JavaScript.
• Familiarity with AWS (Lambda, API Gateway) or Azure (Function Apps, Logic Apps) environments.
• Advanced data analysis skills, with the ability to model, interrogate, and present complex datasets in ways that facilitate client decision-making.
• Experience in pre-sales or solutions engineering roles.
