This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist with identity and access initiatives across Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Partner Centre, and other related enterprise systems.
• Facilitate the execution of automation and infrastructure-as-code projects.
• Ensure secure access for employee accounts, vendor portals, service principals, enterprise applications, provisioning groups, and access packages.
• Contribute to the reduction of security debt, cleanup, governance, and enhancement efforts.
• Collaborate with Technology Services, Security Operations, Trust and Security, Global IT, corporate teams, and vendor partners.
• Develop documentation and enhance knowledge-base resources.
• Engage in daily stand-ups, Jira project deliveries, change advisory discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Aid in building secure, reliable, and scalable access frameworks.
• Enhance documentation, automation, access controls, processes, business continuity, and cross-region teamwork.
• Strong working knowledge of Azure AD / Entra ID, Intune, SSO, endpoint management, and identity lifecycle operations with minimal oversight.
• Awareness of RBAC/ABAC, least privilege principles, and access reviews.
• Practical experience with Okta or a similar identity platform is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in using ServiceNow and Atlassian for managing workflows, change requests, and technical documentation.
• Capability to independently support application onboarding and updates, validate requirements, and conduct testing.
• Proficient in Python, PowerShell, Power Automate, or Terraform automation/scripting.
• Understanding of Azure/AWS IAM, networking fundamentals, storage, and compute services.
• Practical experience applying Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Familiarity with ITIL incident, change, and problem management processes.
• Excellent troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Strong collaboration and effective communication abilities with peers, stakeholders, and end users.
• Ability to implement security best practices.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL 4 Foundation, Microsoft identity or Azure certifications, Okta, Terraform, Security+, ServiceNow, PowerShell, or Python are appreciated but not mandatory.
• Must possess valid authorization to work in the United Kingdom.
