📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for clients

• Handle both incoming and outgoing communications

• Address inquiries to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience

• Provide initial technical support for consumers

• Assist with client-specific high-speed internet services

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues

• Follow all assigned work schedules

• Complete and manage the trouble ticket system for user-related issues

• Must be over 18 years of age

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Familiarity with desktop computer systems

• Strong oral and written communication abilities

• Knowledge of personal computers, operating systems, software, and relevant terminology

• Proven problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
