This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Proactively reach out through outbound calls, LinkedIn engagement, email marketing, and referrals.
• Recognize key decision-makers, assess opportunities, and create your own revenue pipeline.
• Offer technology solutions that encompass CRM implementations, system migrations, automations, integrations, and AI-driven tools.
• Engage with founders, CXOs, and senior leadership in consultative sales discussions.
• Work closely with leadership and delivery teams to formulate and finalize deals.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
• Regularly achieve and surpass monthly revenue and activity goals.
• Ensure precise pipeline tracking and deal updates within CRM systems.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B technology or service-oriented sales.
• Strong hunter mentality with the capability to independently generate opportunities.
• Comfortable engaging with founders, executives, and senior decision-makers.
• Clear and confident communicator capable of leading and guiding sales discussions.
• Highly self-driven and disciplined, requiring minimal supervision or micromanagement.
• Experience in selling CRM solutions, SaaS products, AI tools, automation platforms, or IT services is strongly preferred.
