This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering Leaders to define roles, comprehend team requirements, and craft effective sourcing strategies.
• Oversee the complete hiring process from initial outreach through to the final offer.
• Take charge of engineering hiring across various domains, including backend, frontend, DevOps, and data science.
• Assess candidates effectively before engaging hiring managers, without needing to interpret requirements.
• Create and execute a systematic, data-driven recruitment process that aligns with both individual role specifications and the company's long-term objectives.
• Develop, nurture, and continuously enhance a robust network of top-tier engineering talent for future recruitment needs.
• Enhance our employer brand and assist in positioning the company as a premier employer for engineers.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout each stage of the recruitment process.
• Utilize your expertise to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices across the hiring lifecycle.
• A strong commitment to excellence and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated in-house experience in recruiting for engineering positions at a technology company, with complete responsibility for a technical hiring function.
• Knowledge across engineering fields including backend, frontend, DevOps, and data science.
• The capability to evaluate the technical strength of candidates without conducting the technical assessment personally.
• Technical literacy: able to comprehend how software is developed and deployed, and engage with engineering leaders as a peer.
• Proven ability to source independently, build pipelines from the ground up, and manage technical stakeholders effectively.
• Measurable success in key hiring metrics: time-to-fill, time-to-hire, pipeline conversion, and offer acceptance rates.
• Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills.
• Strong writing abilities.
• Robust time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English.
