This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Take charge of the complete recruitment process for technical roles spanning Engineering, Product, Data, AI, Machine Learning, Infrastructure, DevOps, Cybersecurity, QA, and other related areas.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and senior executives to establish hiring criteria, interview approaches, talent profiles, and workforce planning priorities.
• Serve as a trusted talent consultant by delivering market insights, talent mapping, compensation analysis, and hiring recommendations.
• Propel recruitment results for complex, senior, niche, and critical technical roles on a global scale.
• Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract and engage top passive talent across competitive international landscapes.
• Develop and sustain robust technical talent pipelines to address both immediate and future hiring demands.
• Perform talent mapping activities across targeted companies, industries, and markets.
• Keep abreast of technical hiring trends, market dynamics, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability in key regions.
• Mentor and assist junior recruiters, enhancing their sourcing skills, candidate evaluation quality, and stakeholder management efficiency.
• Set up and continuously refine recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, interview calibration standards, and hiring best practices.
• Analyze recruitment performance, pipeline quality, and hiring results to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Maintain precise ATS data, candidate documentation, and recruitment analytics.
• Monitor essential recruitment metrics, including pipeline health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and quality of hires.
• Ensure a positive, professional, and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Uphold compliance with local hiring regulations and recruitment best practices across various regions.
• 5-8 years of comprehensive recruitment experience, with a strong focus on technical hiring.
• Proven success in recruiting for Software Engineering, Product Management, Data Science, AI/ML, Infrastructure, DevOps, Cybersecurity, or similar technical roles.
• Demonstrated ability to fill senior and challenging technical positions in competitive talent landscapes.
• Strong sourcing capabilities utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, networking, referrals, and other advanced sourcing methodologies.
• Experience managing multiple high-priority requisitions at once while ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Deep understanding of technical talent markets, role requirements, and engineering organizational structures.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring outcomes through data, insights, and market knowledge.
• Previous experience mentoring, coaching, or guiding junior recruiters is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with global hiring practices, compensation frameworks, and recruitment across various countries.
• Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management abilities.
• Experience in high-growth technology companies, startups, internet businesses, or rapidly scaling organizations is strongly preferred.
