This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical roles within Engineering, Product, Data, AI, Machine Learning, Infrastructure, DevOps, Cybersecurity, QA, and related areas.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and senior executives to articulate hiring needs, interview approaches, candidate profiles, and workforce planning objectives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by offering market insights, talent mapping, compensation analysis, and hiring recommendations.
• Lead recruitment efforts for complex, senior, specialized, and essential technical roles on a global scale.
• Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract and engage top passive candidates in competitive international landscapes.
• Cultivate and sustain robust technical talent pipelines to meet both immediate and future staffing requirements.
• Conduct talent mapping initiatives across targeted companies, industries, and markets.
• Keep abreast of hiring trends, market conditions, compensation standards, and talent availability in key regions.
• Mentor and assist junior recruiters, enhancing their sourcing skills, candidate evaluation capabilities, and stakeholder management proficiency.
• Establish and continuously enhance recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, interview calibration standards, and hiring best practices.
• Analyze recruitment performance, pipeline quality, and hiring results to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Contribute to the development and advancement of the global Talent Acquisition team as the organization expands.
• Maintain precise ATS data, candidate records, and recruitment analytics.
• Monitor essential recruitment metrics including pipeline health, time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and hiring quality.
• Ensure a positive, professional, and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure adherence to local hiring regulations and recruitment best practices across multiple jurisdictions.
• 5-8 years of comprehensive recruitment experience, with a strong emphasis on technical hiring.
• Proven success in recruiting for Software Engineering, Product Management, Data Science, AI/ML, Infrastructure, DevOps, Cybersecurity, or similar technical roles.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully fill senior and challenging technical positions in competitive talent markets.
• Strong sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, networking, referrals, and other advanced sourcing methods.
• Experience in managing multiple high-priority job openings simultaneously while ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Solid understanding of technical talent markets, role requirements, and engineering organizational frameworks.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions through data, insights, and market knowledge.
• Experience in mentoring, coaching, or guiding junior recruiters is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of global hiring practices, compensation structures, and recruitment across various countries.
• Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Experience in fast-growing technology firms, startups, internet companies, or rapidly scaling organizations is strongly preferred.
