This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Management of incoming candidate pipelines through advertisements, marketing, events, social posts, and communities.
• Conducting initial screening interviews with a technical approach.
• Presenting suitable candidates to clients along with qualitative reports.
• Building effective relationships with candidates.
• A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in IT recruitment and selection.
• Ability to select technical profiles (Developer, DevOps, Data, Cloud, Architect, etc.).
• Autonomy, time management, proactivity, and experience with remote work.
• Proficiency in English.
• Already possessing a VAT number.
• Remote work with no fixed hours.
• Commission-based compensation calculated on client subscriptions.
• Strong collaboration with Tech Mentors.
