This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
• Take charge of the complete recruitment process for technical roles across Engineering, Product, Data, AI, Machine Learning, Infrastructure, DevOps, Cybersecurity, QA, and related areas.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and senior executives to establish hiring criteria, interview approaches, talent profiles, and workforce planning priorities.
• Serve as a trusted talent advisor by supplying market intelligence, talent mapping, compensation insights, and recruitment recommendations.
• Drive recruitment results for complex, senior, specialized, and business-critical technical roles on a global scale.
• Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies to discover and engage top passive candidates across competitive international markets.
• Develop and sustain robust technical talent pipelines to fulfill both immediate and future hiring demands.
• Perform talent mapping exercises across targeted companies, industries, and markets.
• Keep updated on technical hiring trends, market conditions, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability in key regions.
• Mentor and assist junior recruiters, enhancing their sourcing capabilities, candidate assessment quality, and stakeholder management effectiveness.
• Establish and continuously refine recruitment processes, sourcing methods, interview calibration standards, and hiring best practices.
• Analyze recruitment performance, pipeline quality, and hiring outcomes to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Contribute to the expansion and development of the global Talent Acquisition team as the organization grows.
• Maintain precise ATS data, candidate records, and recruitment reports.
• Monitor key recruitment metrics such as pipeline health, time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and hiring quality.
• Ensure a positive, professional, and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Support adherence to local hiring regulations and recruitment best practices across various regions.
• 5-8 years of comprehensive recruitment experience, with a significant focus on technical hiring.
• Proven success in recruiting for Software Engineering, Product Management, Data Science, AI/ML, Infrastructure, DevOps, Cybersecurity, or similar technical roles.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in hiring for senior and challenging technical positions in competitive talent markets.
• Strong sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, networking, referrals, and other advanced sourcing methods.
• Experience handling multiple high-priority requisitions concurrently while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Solid understanding of technical talent markets, role requirements, and engineering organizational frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions using data, insights, and market knowledge.
• Experience in mentoring, coaching, or guiding junior recruiters is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with global hiring practices, compensation frameworks, and recruitment across various countries.
• Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management abilities.
• Experience in high-growth technology firms, startups, internet businesses, or rapidly scaling organizations is strongly preferred.
