Technical Sourcer – Commission-based

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Screen and identify qualified candidates and resumes.

• Engage with potential applicants on social media and professional platforms;

• Compose and distribute recruitment emails;

• Recognize suitable candidate profiles using various sourcing methods (e.g. Boolean search);

• Build talent pipelines;

• Request referrals from current staff and external contacts;

• Advocate for our employer brand both online and offline;

• Manage candidate databases;

• Organize the interview process with individuals and panels;

• Collect interview feedback and communicate with candidates during and after the interview process;

• Collaborate with leadership to comprehend the hiring requirements of the organization;

• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and streamline candidate lifecycle processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-4 years of relevant experience.

• Strong comprehension of the IT market, technology stacks, and roles (Security Engineers, DevOps, SAP, D365, Data Science, etc.).

• Prior experience in Direct Sourcing and/or high-volume hiring.

• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management abilities.

• Background in a recruitment agency or consulting firm.

• High level of attention to detail.

• Capacity to be adaptable, with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• B2+ level of English.

• Availability to work at least 4 hours per day.
