This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for technical positions within Engineering, Product, and Research sectors—from initial sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of role specifications, team objectives, and recruitment goals.
• Create sourcing strategies that cater specifically to the LATAM talent landscape, emphasizing passive outreach and engagement with technical communities.
• Establish and nurture talent pipelines by connecting with local universities, tech communities, online platforms, and events throughout LATAM.
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience, ensuring transparency, clarity, and engagement during the entire recruitment journey.
• 3–5+ years of comprehensive technical recruiting experience in rapidly growing startups or well-established tech firms.
• Demonstrated capability in sourcing, evaluating, and securing top technical talent, especially Software Engineers, Engineering Leaders, and Product Managers.
• Exceptional organizational and relationship-building skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills in English.
