• Identify, engage, and recruit premier technical talent

• Oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding

• Partner with hiring managers to establish effective recruitment strategies

• Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate technical capabilities and cultural alignment

• Foster strong relationships with candidates and represent the company brand
