Technology Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Execute system administration duties, which encompass software installations, updates, and configurations.

• Deliver advanced troubleshooting and technical support to address system and application challenges.

• Create and implement user training programs to enhance user proficiency and technology system adoption.

• Monitor system performance and pinpoint opportunities for optimization and enhancements.

• Assist in compliance and auditing processes, ensuring that systems adhere to security and regulatory standards.

• Design and develop scripts and automation tools to streamline operational functions and boost efficiency.

• Collaborate closely with the Service Delivery Manager and other team members to facilitate effective communication and teamwork on service-related concerns and projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• Over 3 years of experience in IT operations or a similar role.

• Proficient technical skills in systems administration, troubleshooting, and user support.

• Experience with scripting and automation tools.

• Knowledge of IT security principles and compliance mandates.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.

• Familiarity with the JLL Work Dynamics technology ecosystem is advantageous.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL v4) are beneficial.
