Technology Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Customer Success and Support Operations to convert business goals into technical specifications.

• Collect requirements and assist in the design of sophisticated automations that enhance speed and efficiency.

• Utilize applications and AI agents to automate best practices in customer lifecycle management.

• Serve as a bridge between Customer Success, User Operations, RevOps, and GTM Systems.

• Oversee data integrity, deduplication processes, and system audits.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in roles such as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst.

• Experience in consulting or within a rapidly growing tech organization.

• Ability to showcase a portfolio reflecting AI first principles.

• Demonstrated experience in understanding the interplay between technology and users.

• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and experienced with BI tools.

• Exceptional skill in gathering requirements from non-technical stakeholders.
