This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Develop and implement a structured co-sell strategy: create playbooks, identify priority targets in collaboration with key tech partners, and enhance cooperation with Airship Account Executives while equipping partner sales teams to keep Airship at the forefront.
• Generate Sourced & Influenced Revenue: Establish new pipelines through proactive outreach, collaborative solution positioning, and partner introductions. Expedite current deals by utilizing partner networks, offering essential deal assistance, insights, new connections, and emphasizing integration benefits.
• Serve as the connective tissue for Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives: Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment of partner activities with Airship's GTM objectives.
• Act as an ambassador for Airship: Participate in partner events, technology conferences, and ecosystem forums with the aim of generating and accelerating business opportunities.
• Monitor, report, and meet partner-attributed pipeline and revenue targets, utilizing market and partner intelligence tools (e.g., Crossbeam) to measure impact and adjust priorities as needed.
• Operationalize Tech Alliances: Manage daily relationships, joint business planning, regular meetings, and quarterly business reviews with key tech partners (Salesforce, Google, Twilio, Movable Ink, etc.). Act as the primary liaison between partner and Airship teams in your region.
• Empower and Activate Tech Partners and Airship Teams: Educate partner teams on Airship's value proposition and relevant use cases. Create and maintain joint resources (one-pagers, battle cards, integration briefs) to enable partners to independently refer opportunities. Ensure Airship teams are well-versed in all tech partners and act as their main contact.
• Broaden the Ecosystem: Identify and onboard new technology partners by evaluating joint value propositions, customer overlaps, technical compatibility, and strategic alignment with Airship's roadmap.
• Promote Co-Marketing: Assist Airship and partner Marketing teams in creating joint content, co-branded campaigns, and event activations that enhance partner relationships.
• Facilitate Product Collaboration: Coordinate between Airship and partner Product teams to create or refine integrations and joint solutions that meet customer and market demands. Drive adoption by collaborating with Customer and Product Marketing teams.
• 7–10 years of experience in technology partnerships, business development, or channel sales within the SaaS or MarTech sectors.
• Proven history of generating partner-sourced pipelines and/or influenced revenue in a role focused on partnerships with quotas or targets.
• Established network of relationships with technology partners and platform vendors relevant to the MarTech landscape (CDPs, Marketing Clouds, cloud platforms, engagement and personalization ISVs).
• Strong business acumen and the ability to link partner activities to measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Capable of understanding and explaining integration use cases, API-based workflows, and data flows in partner discussions without requiring engineering expertise.
• Experience working collaboratively across Sales, Product, and Marketing functions in a SaaS environment.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with a talent for influencing stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally.
