This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Oversee the performance of technological systems to proactively identify issues.
• Implement incident detection protocols to pinpoint potential service interruptions.
• Organize incident response initiatives to promptly address and resolve reported problems.
• Apply recovery procedures to restore standard operations after an incident.
• Work in conjunction with all Technology teams to enhance service desk functions and incident management workflows.
• Keep thorough documentation of incidents, including updates on status and resolution steps.
• Assist in the creation of knowledge bases and FAQs for Technology support.
• Deliver technology service desk assistance, ensuring the effective resolution of inquiries and the fulfillment of service requests.
• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 1-5 years of relevant professional experience in IT Technology operations and support.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with excellent analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin.
