Technology Enablement Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary business owner for Expat technology platforms and systems.

• Collaborate with Information Technology teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure systems fulfill business requirements.

• Create and oversee the Expat technology enhancement roadmap, which includes intake, prioritization, internal and external system integrations, and issue resolution.

• Collect feedback from clients, tax professionals, support teams, and business partners to identify areas for improvement in systems, processes, and experiences.

• Convert business and user feedback into precise requirements, enhancement requests, and suggested solutions.

• Engage in solution design, testing, and user acceptance activities to ensure delivered solutions align with business goals.

• Coordinate the planning for the implementation of technology enhancements and process changes.

• Assist with communication, training, documentation, and the adoption of new system capabilities.

• Represent the Expat business in technology planning, vendor discussions, and system improvement dialogues.

• Conduct day-to-day troubleshooting and field support.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience through a combination of education and relevant work experience.

• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.

• Proven experience in managing business requirements, technology enhancements, system improvements, or product-related tasks.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with Information Technology, vendors, and cross-functional business stakeholders.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convert business needs into clear requirements and actionable plans.

• Experience in gathering user feedback and identifying avenues for process, system, or experience improvements.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing demands, and coordinate activities across various partners.

• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficient in supporting testing, implementation, documentation, and the adoption of new capabilities.

• Familiarity with Salesforce and experience in tax, financial services, client service, or professional services operations.

• Experience in supporting technology platforms utilized by clients, field teams, tax professionals, or operational support teams.

• Experience in vendor management or maintaining third-party system relationships.

• Background in user acceptance testing, enhancement roadmaps, or technology release planning.

• Knowledge of Expat services, international tax, or specialized tax operations.
