📋 Description

• Deliver extensive training programs, consulting services, and implementation assistance for Autodesk products and ARKANCE solutions within the AECO sector.

• Provide continuous technical support to clients, ensuring the successful adoption and effective use of technology solutions.

• Conduct tailored technical demonstrations customized to meet customer requirements and workflows.

• Mentor and assist customers in navigating complex technical issues and optimizing their workflows.

• Collaborate with Sales on product demonstrations that enhance revenue generation.

• Support activities at trade shows and industry events.

• Follow up with technical leads to address intricate technical inquiries.

• Contribute to achieving the revenue targets of ARKANCE and Autodesk.

• Complete weekly digital timesheet submissions.

• Engage in continuous learning to maintain cutting-edge expertise.

• Expert-level knowledge of the Autodesk suite of products and ARKANCE-supported solutions.

• In-depth understanding of AEC&O industry workflows, design and delivery processes, and BIM collaboration technologies.

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.

• Willingness to travel regionally and nationally as necessary.
