This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Identify, target, and secure new clients within technology hiring and staffing services.

• Create and implement strategic business development plans tailored for the technology and Microsoft ecosystem.

• Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders such as hiring managers, HR leaders, and project heads.

• Manage the complete business development lifecycle: from lead generation to client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closure.

• Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure the successful fulfillment of client needs.

• Monitor market trends in ERP, CRM, and Microsoft technologies (including D365 when applicable) to uncover new opportunities.

• Maintain a robust pipeline and consistently achieve or surpass revenue targets.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in technology recruitment, staffing, or talent solutions, with a focus on business development.

• Demonstrated experience in client acquisition or account management in a recruitment or staffing context.

• Solid understanding of the technology hiring landscape, including ERP, CRM, cloud solutions, and the Microsoft stack.

• Proven ability to generate leads, present services, and close deals effectively.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on revenue generation.

• Experience or exposure to hiring for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) roles.

• Recruiters seeking to transition into a business development-focused career path.

• Established network within the technology or Microsoft ecosystem.
