Technology Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• The Technology Analyst is tasked with developing and sustaining features of a government information system dedicated to overseeing human research protection.

• This role emphasizes the provision of comprehensive online records, enhancing user capabilities for tracking training and credentials, and managing online help systems.

• The individual will create and maintain custom solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform within a secure government Microsoft 365 cloud environment, while also contributing to the complete software development lifecycle following an Agile Scrum methodology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Create and maintain a complete online record of protocol and study history, encompassing submissions, document revisions, board actions, decision letters, project status, and communications.

• Establish and maintain online search functionalities for protocols, submissions, personnel, and other system data, including searchable access to Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI) training data.

• Develop user capabilities for monitoring required training and credentials.

• Create and maintain automated notifications to inform compliance staff of review completions.

• Develop and maintain online help systems, user support documentation, and system information.

• Create and maintain user “how-to” guides and integrate embedded in-app guidance.

• Allow users to subscribe to notifications regarding system changes and release notes.

• Design, test, and maintain custom solutions using authorized Microsoft 365 cloud tools, such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint Online.

• Assist with full software development lifecycle activities for approved SCRs, bug fixes, and technical enhancements.
