Technischer Projektleiter TGA – m/w/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will document heating, ventilation, and building technology specifics as a basis for planning.

• You will create offers and measurement documents while coordinating with specialist planners.

• You will organize and oversee external service providers, ensuring adherence to deadlines, costs, and quality standards.

• You will maintain continuous communication with clients and partners.

• You will be responsible for project documentation, billing, and follow-up.

• You will lead construction managers both technically and disciplinarily.

• You will manage building technology systems in collaboration with the central control center.

• You will identify and implement technical and organizational optimization potentials.

⛳️ Requirements

• More important than education or degrees is your skill set and experience — typical pathways into this role include a degree or training in supply technology, building technology, or energy and environmental technology, with proven responsibility in project management.

• You may come from roles such as technical project manager, construction manager for building services, or lead fitter with leadership responsibilities.

• Knowledge of VOB/B and experience in managing multiple construction managers and service providers.

• A structured and results-oriented working style, flexibility, and willingness to travel.

• Experience in both technical and disciplinary leadership of construction managers.

• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and negotiation abilities.
