Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take charge of all customer communications throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.

• Organize and lead internal and kickoff meetings, onboarding both the team and customers for project execution.

• Develop and oversee the project lifecycle using Jira boards, ensuring all tasks are monitored and completed punctually.

• Provide consistent project updates to leadership, customers, and AWS sellers, keeping all stakeholders informed.

• Review and authorize delivery team timesheets to guarantee precise billing and project oversight.

• Refresh allocation boards for teams in Clockify to ensure effective resource management.

• Act as the project owner, steering delivery towards successful results and high customer satisfaction.

• Focus on achieving three key KPIs: maintaining the project within budget, ensuring on-time delivery, and attaining CSAT scores of 8 and above.

• Capable of handling multiple projects at once, ensuring all are successfully delivered.

• Conduct retrospectives for projects as necessary to pinpoint areas for enhancement and foster continuous improvement.

• Monitor and manage project budgets and timelines to ensure financial and scheduling objectives are met.

• Maintain a risk register and formulate mitigation plans to proactively address potential project risks.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in managing AWS professional services engagements.

• AWS Cloud Practitioner certification is preferred.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is preferred.

• Experience utilizing Jira for project management.

• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively with customers and internal teams.

• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

• Familiarity with Clockify or similar time-tracking tools is an advantage.
