📋 Description

• Organize teams in JIRA, including managing releases, milestones, sprint planning, and ceremonies.

• Take ownership of the zerohash delivery calendar for your squads and drive the rhythm of ceremonies.

• Develop and maintain dashboard reporting that covers delivery, release, and velocity metrics.

• Facilitate the entire delivery process: from scoping and sizing to development, testing, validation, sign-off, and production roll-out.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and propel execution forward.

• Maintain delivery plans, identify risks early, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

• Implement best practices for the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) and foster process improvements across the function.

• Assist teams with resource allocation.

• Create automated AI reporting that is scalable and applicable for various stakeholders across the board.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 6+ years of experience in technical project management.

• Background in fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency sectors.

• Proficient in Jira and the Atlassian product suite.

• Demonstrated success in managing intricate, cross-functional software development projects.

• Strong grasp of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen eye for detail.

• Experience collaborating with remote or globally distributed teams.

• Deep understanding of secure account linking and authentication infrastructure, including wallet integrations across custodial and non-custodial platforms, chain abstraction mechanisms, stablecoin funding integration, and the complete lifecycle of account linking from user wallet selection through identity verification, account ownership validation, compliance confirmation, and secure asset transfer.
