Technical Project Manager, Trade

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Organize teams in JIRA: managing releases, milestones, sprint planning, and ceremonies.

• Take ownership of the zerohash delivery calendar for your squads and drive the rhythm of ceremonies.

• Develop and maintain dashboard reporting for delivery, release, and velocity metrics.

• Facilitate the end-to-end delivery process: scoping, sizing, development, testing, validation, sign-off, and production roll-out.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee dependencies, and drive execution.

• Keep delivery plans updated, identify risks early, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

• Implement best practices for the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) and promote process improvements across the function.

• Assist teams with resource allocation.

• Develop automated AI reporting that is scalable and applicable for various stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Over 6 years of experience in technical project management.

• Experience with fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency companies.

• Proficient in Jira and the Atlassian product suite.

• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional software development projects.

• Strong grasp of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

• Capability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• Experience collaborating with remote or globally distributed teams.

• Solid understanding of embedded finance, digital assets/crypto, or regulated financial infrastructure/API platforms operating under a B2B2C model.
