Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the comprehensive project plan, timeline, and execution across various technical workstreams.

• Oversee cross-functional dependencies involving engineering teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.

• Identify, evaluate, and proactively address project risks and obstacles.

• Monitor critical path ("long-pole") activities, such as SDK integrations, security assessments (InfoSec), and other technical deliverables.

• Facilitate project governance by creating status reports, executive updates, and steering committee materials.

• Conduct regular project cadence meetings to ensure alignment on priorities, milestones, risks, and action items.

• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Security, QA, and Client teams to guarantee successful project delivery.

• Ensure timely project delivery within scope and consistency with business objectives.

• Maintain project documentation, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and implementation strategies.

• Assist in issue resolution by coordinating stakeholders and facilitating decision-making across teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid understanding of software delivery lifecycles and technical implementations.

• Proven experience managing projects utilizing Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-team dependencies and coordinate multiple simultaneous initiatives.

• Experience in tracking technical deliverables such as API/SDK integrations, security assessments, infrastructure, or platform deployments.

• Exceptional project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication abilities.

• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

• Strong organizational skills with the capability to prioritize competing initiatives.

• Experience working directly with enterprise clients or consulting firms.

• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are advantageous.

• Experience in managing technology implementations involving cloud platforms, APIs, or enterprise software.

• Understanding of software architecture concepts and ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering teams.

• Proficient in English for both written and verbal communication is required.
