• Take ownership of project execution and drive value creation for clients.

• Strategically plan and oversee project implementation.

• Identify and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Outline tasks and necessary resources for project success.

• Resolve escalations to ensure project timelines are met and client outcomes are positive.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing technical projects, owning products, or maintaining backlogs (preferably for a systems, IT, or business applications team).

• Although coding is not necessary, the ability to quickly grasp how various software platforms operate and integrate (such as through APIs) is essential, along with a willingness to learn new systems rapidly.

• Documented experience utilizing AI tools (such as Claude, Gemini, Slackbot, or similar) to address genuine business challenges.

• Strong capability to convert business requirements into clear, organized technical tickets and specifications that developers can work with.

• Established ability to collaborate across multiple business units, prioritize competing demands, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
