This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

• Offer technical knowledge and assistance to sales representatives, distributors, and clients.

• Facilitate customer interactions throughout the sales process, both virtually and in-person.

• Help customers optimize the value and advantages of Solenis products and services.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to products and services.

• Collaborate closely with commercial teams to create and implement customer-specific solutions.

• Provide technical sales support across various sites and customer locations.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on a wide array of products and solutions.

• A technical mindset combined with a strong passion for problem-solving.

• A customer-centric approach and excellent communication abilities.

• Capability to work effectively with sales teams and clients.

• Prior experience in technical support, sales support, water treatment, chemical solutions, cleaning and hygiene, or similar fields is a plus.
