RPA Software Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and implement both attended and unattended automation solutions using Power Automate;

• Analyze processes to identify automation potential and recommend enhancements;

• Develop bots and scripts that integrate APIs, databases, and web services;

• Conduct testing, document workflows, and ensure compliance with governance and security standards for automations;

• Oversee and support bots in ongoing operation, guaranteeing their performance and reliability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a degree with a strong mathematical background — such as Engineering, Statistics, Physics, or Mathematics;

• Alternatively, a non-mathematical bachelor's degree accompanied by a postgraduate degree in Information Technology;

• Preferred proficiency in technical English;

• Extensive experience in the development, testing, and maintenance of robotic process automation (RPA) solutions and system integrations;

• Expertise in Microsoft Power Automate with experience in both attended and unattended automation;

• Background in process analysis and mapping, with the ability to identify opportunities and design streamlined workflows;

• Familiarity with SQL, API and web service integrations, and script writing (e.g., Python);

• Hands-on experience with web scraping, security best practices, version control, and governance of bots.
