RPA Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Assist in solution design, proof of concepts, testing phases, and deployment to production.

• Provide technical training, demonstrations, and comprehensive documentation for customers.

• Work collaboratively with teams to ensure complete automation delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in UiPath development (Certification is a must).

• A minimum of 5 to 7 years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in UiPath development.

• UiPath Advanced Developer Certification is essential.

• A solid technical and programming foundation is required.

• Proven track record in designing, developing, and testing UiPath workflows utilizing REFramework.

• Basic understanding of .NET technologies (C# / VB.NET) is necessary.

• Basic scripting knowledge (preferably in VBA, Java, Python) is advantageous.

• Experience in client-facing delivery, testing, and enablement is essential.

• Demonstrated experience in supporting solution design, proof of concepts, testing phases, and production deployment.

• Background in delivering technical training, demonstrations, and documentation to clients.

• Excellent communication skills are required.

• Over 5 years of relevant experience as an RPA Developer / Automation Developer in UiPath, covering end-to-end processes: Studio + Robots + Orchestrator, REFramework.

• UiPath Certified Professional (UCP) is preferred.
