This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• In this position, you will take charge of the development, testing, deployment, enhancement, and support of automation and Artificial Intelligence solutions, collaborating closely with business units and product owners to transform requirements into efficient technical solutions.
• The role encompasses the complete automation lifecycle, from initial analysis and solution design to development, production deployment, support, and ongoing improvement.
• You will assist in initiatives across various corporate portfolios, including Source-to-Pay, Finance, Order-to-Cash, and Human Resources, contributing to scalable and sustainable solutions that align with Alcoa's digital strategy.
• Additional responsibilities involve developing, enhancing, and maintaining automation and Artificial Intelligence solutions that support Alcoa's business goals and digital transformation efforts.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields; other degrees with substantial IT experience may also be taken into account.
• Proven experience in software development, automation, system implementation, or application support, including hands-on experience with RPA and enterprise automation.
• Familiarity with Power Automate or other low-code/no-code platforms, as well as RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, or Python.
• Understanding of Oracle EBS, VBA, Excel automation, SharePoint, APIs, integrations, enterprise applications, CSS selectors, and UI automation principles.
• Strong analytical skills, logical reasoning, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities, along with effective communication and a collaborative approach with business stakeholders.
• Advanced spoken English for conversational interactions, as you will frequently participate in calls and engage with global stakeholders.
