This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Conducts testing, diagnosis, and servicing of client-owned, rental, and loaner equipment utilizing remote telematic platforms.
• Possesses a general understanding of NSM enterprise software for tasks including order entry, labor capture, chair configuration, and scheduling.
• Exhibits advanced knowledge of diagnostic, troubleshooting, programming, and repair protocols for all NSM equipment.
• Coordinates the scheduling of field support technicians when diagnostics cannot be fully assessed remotely.
• Aids in the completion of work orders, which may include verifying that all necessary client information is documented, entering equipment details, and confirming eligibility for funding.
• Performs data entry of all relevant information, including scanning received documentation and organizing files.
• Conducts follow-up phone calls in an efficient and professional manner.
• Ensures customer satisfaction and communicates customer feedback or concerns regarding all NSM products or services to the appropriate manager or staff member.
• Demonstrates the ability to educate customers and caregivers on the proper use, care, and safety of NSM equipment that is purchased, rented, or repaired.
• Completes the standard training curriculum for Remote Service Technicians.
• Accesses up-to-date information and technological advancements from manufacturers regarding installations, repairs, and part replacements for all NSM products.
• Proficient in computer-related skills, including typing, internet navigation, email usage, Microsoft 360, Microsoft Teams, enterprise software, and mobile device operation.
