Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Carry out electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks in accordance with EMSD regulations.

• Conduct regular inspections and Planned Preventive Maintenance for general Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, as well as building structures.

• Swiftly address emergency breakdowns and reactive maintenance requests to reduce disruption at the site.

• Oversee and assess maintenance activities performed by external contractors to guarantee quality and compliance with site standards.

• Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a REW License issued by EMSD.

• Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related technical field.

• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of practical experience in building maintenance or facilities management.

• Proficient in spoken Chinese and possess basic English skills.

• Familiarity with EMSD regulations.

• Capability to perform electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks.

• Competence in inspecting and maintaining Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, along with building structures.

• Ability to adhere to occupational health and safety regulations.
