This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Develop and manage help center content that highlights product features, workflows, and functionalities.
• Compose and release notes detailing product improvements, updates, and bug resolutions.
• Create overviews of features, instructional guides, and additional documentation for new product functionalities.
• Simplify intricate technical ideas into clear, concise, and user-friendly content.
• Verify that documentation is precise, up-to-date, and reflects product behavior accurately.
• Review and refresh existing content to ensure its accuracy and relevance.
• Identify gaps in content and areas for enhancing knowledge resources.
• Assist with ongoing content maintenance efforts throughout the help center.
• Collaborate with Product teams to stay informed about upcoming enhancements and changes to products.
• Work with Support and Implementation teams to determine documentation requirements and address recurring client inquiries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; or a comparable combination of education and relevant experience.
• Over 2 years of experience in technical writing, documentation, content creation, knowledge management, or similar positions.
• Exceptional written communication skills with the capability to clearly articulate complex concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and a dedication to content quality and precision.
• Quick learner of software functionalities and business workflows.
• Experience in managing various content projects and priorities effectively.
• Demonstrated organizational, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% (for those based in Charlotte) or 25% (for those outside Charlotte).
• Must possess reliable high-speed internet access.
