This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create clear, concise, and impactful communications for members of the Healthcare Fraud Prevention Partnership and the Trusted Third Party.
• Articulate concepts related to healthcare fraud, waste, and abuse to audiences without technical backgrounds.
• Simplify intricate analytical methods, data insights, and fraud schemes into accessible language using examples, visuals, and structured formatting.
• Compose guidance documents, explanatory materials, FAQs, and reference guides regarding trends in healthcare fraud and prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with analysts, subject matter experts, and project teams to gain insight into analytic projects, methodologies, and results.
• Co-create analytic reports, executive summaries, and documents outlining key findings.
• Develop high-level summaries and talking points for leadership, partners, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Assist in producing HFPP communication materials, including briefings, slide presentations, newsletters, web content, and stakeholder updates.
• Ensure uniformity in messaging, terminology, and tone across all written materials.
• Write content that highlights program impacts, success stories, and emerging trends in healthcare fraud.
• Collaborate with data analysts, investigators, policy experts, and program staff to collect information and validate content.
• Integrate feedback from reviewers and stakeholders.
• Engage in planning meetings to understand forthcoming analytic work and communication requirements.
• Implement plain language principles and best practices in technical communication.
• Ensure that content is well-organized, grammatically accurate, and adheres to style and branding guidelines.
• Maintain precision regarding fraud schemes, data insights, and program activities.
• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in technical writing.
• Familiarity with HIPAA privacy and security regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with Tableau, Amazon WorkSpaces, Jira, and Confluence.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Capability to present information to management-level personnel.
• No security clearance necessary.
• US citizenship is not mandatory.
• Ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal supervision.
• Strong commitment to confidentiality, privacy, and professionalism.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Travel required is less than 10%.
