This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assess existing business processes, workflows, and operational practices.
• Detect process gaps, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and performance challenges.
• Formulate and execute recommendations for process enhancements.
• Assist in organizational change initiatives and strategies for adoption.
• Generate process maps, workflow diagrams, SIPOC models, value stream maps, and operational documentation.
• Create visual tools that support leadership in decision-making.
• Document future-state business processes along with implementation plans.
• Promote process standardization across DHA Facilities Enterprise organizations.
• Employ Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and organizational performance.
• Facilitate root-cause analysis and planning for corrective actions.
• Direct improvement projects utilizing data-driven decision-making techniques.
• Support enterprise process maturity initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
• Conduct workshops, working groups, and stakeholder sessions.
• Mentor teams on continuous improvement principles and best practices.
• Offer guidance on techniques for organizational process improvement.
• Create training materials and provide implementation support documentation.
• Establish KPIs and operational metrics.
• Perform descriptive and inferential statistical analysis.
• Assess process effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Present performance reports, dashboards, and executive-level recommendations.
• Develop templates, frameworks, and governance tools for process improvement.
• Promote consistency across multiple DHA programs on an enterprise-wide scale.
• Assist leadership with modernization and transformation efforts.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in process improvement, business transformation, operational excellence, change management, or workflow optimization.
• Experience in complex organizations such as healthcare, facilities management, construction, engineering, production systems, or federal programs.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional improvement initiatives and engaging stakeholders.
• Lean Six Sigma Certification.
• Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
• Proficient in business process mapping and workflow analysis.
• Strong skills in statistical analysis and performance measurement.
• Expertise in Microsoft Visio.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated experience in leading organizational change initiatives.
• Capability to obtain and maintain a Tier 1 / NACI background investigation.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
