• Less than 2 years of experience in writing, editing, or development.

• Recent graduate with an undergraduate or Master's degree within the last 12 months.

• Capability to follow established styles and procedures.

• Quick learner of new technologies.

• Experience in creating online help resources.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines.

• Strong attention to quality and detail.

• Familiarity with XML or HTML.

• Excellent team collaboration skills.

• Passionate about advocating for customers.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or communications discipline.
