📋 Description

• Accountable for researching, composing, editing, and validating high-quality technical documentation.

• Collaborates closely with management, technical teams, and project personnel to create project and client-facing documents that satisfy customer specifications and user expectations.

• Engages in administrative tasks, formatting, editing, and project management activities from the point of project assignment to the completion of documentation.

• Strong time management abilities are crucial.

• Familiarity with DevOps is required.

• Proficiency in Smartsheet.

• Experience with Copilot/ChatGPT is preferred.
