Technical weclapp Consultant – m/f/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• You will assist our clients throughout the entire weclapp lifecycle, including onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support.

• You will clearly capture functional requirements, document them in an organized manner, and communicate them effectively to the development team.

• You will configure weclapp based on standard e-commerce processes and agreed-upon specifications.

• You will independently implement smaller automations and adjustments, such as n8n flows, API calls, or data imports and mappings, while engaging the development team for more complex tasks.

• You will support the development team in implementing solutions and SaaS plugins for weclapp.

• You will conduct onboarding training, create documentation, and assist teams in utilizing their weclapp system securely and efficiently.

• You will analyze support and interface issues (shop, marketplace, payment, carriers like DPD, Sendcloud, or Shipcloud), identify root causes, and work towards their resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong knowledge of weclapp and some practical experience from a consulting, in-house, or support role in e-commerce.

• Good understanding of ERP processes (order-to-cash, purchase-to-pay, master data, workflows) and basic knowledge of accounting/finance.

• Basic technical understanding with a hands-on approach: capable of reading APIs and data structures, understanding automations, and building smaller flows or scripts independently (e.g., n8n, REST/JSON).

• Willingness to embrace AI-supported work: actively using modern AI tools (e.g., LLMs/assistants) in daily tasks and seeking to expand that usage.

• A structured, solution-oriented working style: attentive listening, asking clear questions, and precise documentation.

• Excellent proficiency in both German and English, spoken and written.
