Technical weclapp Consultant – m/f/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Assist customers throughout the weclapp lifecycle, including onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support.

• Gather and systematically document business requirements, ensuring clear communication with the development team.

• Configure weclapp based on common e-commerce processes and agreed-upon specifications.

• Independently carry out smaller automations and customizations, such as n8n flows, API calls, data imports, and data mappings.

• Engage the development team for more complex issues and aid in the implementation of solutions and SaaS plugins for weclapp.

• Conduct onboarding training sessions and develop supporting documentation.

• Assist teams in utilizing their weclapp system securely.

• Analyze support and integration challenges involving stores, marketplaces, payment services, and carriers, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong knowledge of weclapp and some practical experience in a consulting, in-house, or support role within e-commerce.

• Comprehensive understanding of ERP processes, including order-to-cash, purchase-to-pay, master data, and workflows.

• Fundamental knowledge of accounting and finance.

• Basic technical understanding, including the ability to read and interpret APIs and data structures.

• Experience with, or a willingness to learn, how to create smaller automations, flows, or scripts independently using n8n, REST, and JSON.

• Active utilization of modern AI tools, such as LLMs and AI assistants.

• Structured and solution-oriented approach to work.

• Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.

• Must be based and employed in Austria or Germany.

• Nice to have: experience with the weclapp API, integrations, data imports, or automations.

• Nice to have: knowledge of JavaScript (Node.js/Vue.js) or Python.

• Nice to have: experience with MCP and generative AI.

• Nice to have: familiarity with e-commerce stacks involving Shopify, marketplaces, WMS, and shipping/carriers.

• Nice to have: experience in training and enablement.
