• **Client Excellence** — Grasp client requirements, generate high-quality communications, and cultivate robust relationships with insurers, brokers, and stakeholders.
• **Collaboration** — Partner closely with colleagues to achieve exceptional results on individual and portfolio losses.
• **Business Growth** — Enhance existing client relationships and assist in identifying new opportunities.
• **Cross-Group Integration** — Utilize the broader capabilities of the Davies Group to improve outcomes for policyholders.
• **What You Bring**
• **Claims Leadership Experience** — Established experience in a comparable technical or managerial position.
• **Professional Progression** — Advancement towards ACILA/FCILA or equivalent qualifications is preferred.
• **People Skills** — Exceptional communication, influence, and relationship-building skills.
• **High-Net-Worth & Property Expertise** — Proven history in general property adjusting and high-net-worth claims.
• **Major Loss Exposure** — Experience with significant losses is a notable advantage.
• **Resilience & Adaptability** — Ability to remain composed under pressure and adjust swiftly as priorities change.
• **Full UK Driving Licence** — Must possess a clean and valid driving license.
